Frequently asked questions

Can I add photos and/or title pages to any package?

YES. All additional digital photos are $1 each and all additional physical photos are $2 each. Extra titles are $2 each. Note: you cannot add physical photos (that we have to scan) to the Digital Only Package.

Can I add video clips to any package?

YES. Digital video clips can be added to any package for $5 per clip.

Can extra DVDs be ordered?

YES. But only with the Custom/DVD Package. DVDs do not come with any other package. Extra DVDs are $15 each.

How does it work if I mail my photos to you?

If you are mailing content to us, you will need to cover all shipping costs in most cases. However, we do give a $10 shipping credit on all orders over $300.
